Hope and Help for Families in Addiction-Codependency-Recovery

Hi there, I’m Liz!

If an addiction has tipped your relationship out of balance and your life isn’t what you imagined, you’re in the right place. I invite you to explore the chaos through a new lens with gentle guidance from someone who’s lived through all angles of addiction.

Addiction (of any type) often leads to codependency that can last a lifetime. That’s what happened to me.

I struggled to save my brother from his drug addiction, my step-son from a similar path, and even justified my ex-husband’s work addiction. I busied myself with their problems for decades—until I finally realized I wasn't fulfilling MY purpose.

If your identity is too often defined by other people, you’re not alone. That’s why addiction is called a family disease. Let’s look at ways to not lose yourself as you navigate alongside the person you love, and explore if you’ve become codependent, or simply stuck in unhealthy roles.

Welcome. . . I hope you’ll join me on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
